If you've read 'The Findhorn Garden' or the print version of this recording, you're going to want to get this. Hearing the story told in Robert Ogilvie Crombie's (ROC) own voice is enthralling. His soft Edinburgh accent is delightful to listen to (ROC sounds a bit like Richard Wilson at times), and hearing the emotion in his voice as he describes his various encounters with the elemental kingdom brings them to life better than any amount of reading about them could ever do.These recordings are a great testimony to him and capture his tales with such vibrancy that you can almost smell the woodland around you by the time you get to the end of the two CD's.Enchanting and uplifting listening.
Recorded from 1972 to 1974 after ROC, the author, met the great nature god Pan, this remastered narrative describes the profound conversations he had with Pan and other nature spirits. Through these meetings, he comes to understand, respect, and love the elemental kingdom, realizing that it is vitally important for man to work together with this natural realm to restore balance, wholeness, and harmony on Earth. Elegant and descriptive, this double-CD recording is a beautiful retelling with an important message of peace and cooperation.
