I am an experienced herbalist who has worked with plants and people for over 20 years.

I studied Botany at Berlin University and completed a 4 year full-time course in Naturopathy: Herbalism, Homeopathy, Iridology, Nutrition, etc. After my state-diploma I opened my practice in Berlin. At the same time I taught Herbalism, Iridology and Nutrition at the School of Naturopathy there. Since then I have also run workshops on natural health. Since 1997 I have my private Naturopathy practice in Findhorn and Forres in Moray/Scotland.

TREATMENTS AVAILABLE IN MY PRACTISE:

• Iridology = Diagnosis of your health from the eye: Every eye is unique, special and different, it is an exact image of ones inner body. The trained iridologist can diagnose health problems, identify their causes and perscribe a unique treatment plan. This wonderful tool offers the possibility for preventative treatments, especially in cases of pre-cancer, rheumatism, etc. many years before it would manifest as an illness. Looking into the eye for a diagnosis of the root cause of an illness allows me to find a herbal mixture and/or homeopathic remedy that uniquely fits the client's body.   "The eyes are the windows to the soul." • Herbalism:
The oldest medicinal treatment used on our planet is herbalism.
It is based on modern knowledge about ingredients (e.g. new research on medicinal mushrooms) as well as the traditional use of plants. Science is still discovering what the ancients have always known.
Paracelsus said, that there exists a healing plant for every disease on our planet. Unfortunately most of this knowledge is no longer commonly available and used today.The herbs are used either as tea mixtures or as tinctures, sometimes as ready made remedies.
The use of healing plants is an economical, effective and ecological way of treating diseases without side effects.

Marigold (Calendula officinalis) Used for wounds, circulation, to balance the female reproductive system, for urinary, digestive and liver problems. It is a potent purifier of the body and gives good support to the lymphatic and immune system.

 

• Homeopathy:
Homeopathic medicine operates on the principle of "like heals like." This means that a disease can be cured by treating it with products that produce the same symptoms as the disease.
Nearly every material that surrounds us can be used as a homeopathic remedy. The remedy gets chosen to fit precisely our own illness history and the influences of our family illnesses on us.
A single remedy dose can cause a lot of changes within our bodies, emotions and minds.
Homeopathy is used especially in cases where conventional medicine cannot help. It does not suppress symptoms, but rather aims to heal the root cause.
I use kinesiology (= muscle checking) to find the best remedy for my client.

 

 

• Flower Essences:
Flower essences are helpful to identify and dissolve issues on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. They work with the electrical system in our bodies. The essences balance, stabilize and repair our electrical circuits and help us to regain a healthy balance. They often produce a nearly instant relief, that can be well combined with homeopathy, herbalism and any other treatments. I use kinesiology (= muscle checking on our electric system) to find the best essences mixture for you and I select from a good range of essences for you: e.g. Bach Flower Remedies, Perelandra Essences, and many more.

 

 

• Family Constellation:
Sometimes the cause of the health/psychological problem needs further identification and resolution, e.g. because of a generational trauma within the family. In such cases I use the constellation work, called "Orders of Love" (a field of knowledge developed and researched by Bert Hellinger & Rupert Sheldrake). This is a form of gentle re-enactment in order to explore hidden, unhelpful structures and then resolve and repair them.

To address this gracefully, we will use a therapy tool called PANGARDEN, where coloured shapes represent aspects of the issue. Ideal for quickly and efficiently addressing and unblocking patterns and clarifying questions in relationships, family, work, health, finances...
